Shipping Non‑Perishable, Gift & Souvenir Items
All non‑perishable, gift and souvenir items will be shipped via UPS Ground Home delivery unless another option is selected. Laura’s Candies ships within the continental USA Monday through Friday for non‑perishable, gift and souvenir items. See the Ground Delivery map below. Please note UPS Ground estimates are not guaranteed. Orders shipped via Ground service typically arrive in 2–6 business days depending on distance. Allow 7–14 days for locations outside the continental US. Saturday delivery is available with UPS Ground for residential addresses only. Specific delivery dates are not guaranteed when using Ground service.

All Perishable, Chocolate and Praline Items
Summer Shipping (May 1 – September 30) – Due to prolonged summer heat in New Orleans, all orders containing chocolate must be cold‑packed for shipment. Additionally, any chocolate or pralines shipped during the summer months must be sent via UPS 2nd Day Air to help ensure the candy arrives in good condition. We will only ship chocolate and praline orders on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Please note UPS 2nd Day Air estimates are not guaranteed. If a residential package is delayed or redelivery is required, UPS may not attempt delivery until the following Monday. Deliveries to PO Boxes are not permitted.

Non‑Summer Shipping (October 1 – April 30) – All chocolate or pralines to be shipped will be sent via UPS Air Express. We will only ship chocolate and praline orders on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Please note UPS Air Express estimates are not guaranteed. If a residential package is delayed or redelivery is required, UPS may not attempt delivery until the following Monday. Deliveries to PO Boxes are not allowed.

Our default shipping method is UPS 2nd Day Air. Orders shipped using 2nd Day Air service typically arrive in 2–3 business days. If you order on a Thursday, Friday, or within one day of a holiday, we will not ship your order until the next Monday. The day a package is shipped does not count as one of the “2 days.” (For example, packages shipped 2nd Day Air on Monday will arrive Wednesday.)

UPS Overnight Express shipping (Next Day Air) is available upon request for an additional charge. Orders shipped overnight are guaranteed to arrive by 7 pm the following day, excluding weekends. No Express delivery on Sundays or holidays. Early morning and Saturday delivery are available in limited areas, by request, for an additional charge.
